Proper technique is just as important as the exercise itself. The better your technique, the lower your risk of injury, and the higher your efficiency. Efficiency leads to results, as you’re able to do more work in less time. Take the time to learn the movements properly to ensure your fitness journey is long and successful.

 

How to:

   1) Watch the movement demo

   2) Try the movement, either watching yourself in the mirror, having a friend film you, or filming yourself doing the movement. The aim is to improve the quality of the movement, every time you do it.     3) Occasionally re-evaluate your movement, on video.
